Cancellations made after 48 hours of reservations Adriatic Transportation will not refund any of the payments that were made for the reservation. No exceptions. In addition 20% Service Charge/Gratuity is Added to Rate/Total Charges under the hourly category. Under the One Way and Round Trip it does not include the 20% however it states it at the final process of the reservation so that this 20% can be paid in person when transportation reservation has been completed. All Rate Confirmations are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, addl. stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in number of hours (1 hr for Buses) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Direct Transfer (Point to Point, Airport Returns, Cruise Port Transfers) orders have a 10 minute Grace Period at pick-up (excl. Airport Arrivals); if you exceed the grace period you will be charged in 30 minute (1 hr for Buses) increments equal to Stated Vehicle Hourly Rate listed on website. Clients &/or members of their party are responsible for any damage &/or cleaning fees that may be incurred during the use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, spilled liquids ($100), cigarette burns ($500), vomit ($300), broken glassware ($50), upholstery tears/punctures($1000) & exterior damage ($1000-2000) (e.g. opening door into object). Adriatic Transportation & it's Affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left in car.
